How we work with you
Clear scope, predictable billing, and a leadership team that stays involved.
Before you choose a technology partner, you should know exactly how they'll scope your work, how they'll bill you, how often you'll see progress and what happens if something goes wrong. This page explains all of it.

Our delivery framework
Fixed-scope and time-and-material projects run through six phases, each ending with something you can review:
- Discovery and strategy: stakeholder interviews, current-state analysis, gap assessment, technology evaluation, roadmap. Deliverable: strategic blueprint.
- Architecture and design: product requirements document, system architecture and data model, UX wireframes and prototypes, integration plan. Deliverable: technical specification and mock-ups.
- Development and integration: weekly sprints, integrations with your existing tools, a working build at the end of every sprint, data migration. Deliverable: working product.
- QA and acceptance: functional and regression testing, security and access checks, user acceptance testing with your team, performance tuning. Deliverable: signed-off release.
- Deployment and training: production deployment, credentials and documentation handover, role-based training, hypercare. Deliverable: live system.
- Support and optimisation: monitoring and maintenance, adoption reviews, change requests, quarterly roadmap check-ins. Deliverable: a system that keeps improving.
How you'll stay informed
- A named project lead and a shared channel for day-to-day questions.
- A demo of working software at the end of every sprint.
- A short written status update each week: done, next, risks, decisions needed.

How it works
- Requirement analysis: you tell us the role, skills, experience and how the developer will work with your team.
- Meet pre-vetted candidates: we shortlist developers from our team who've already been assessed, and you interview them.
- Selection and onboarding: you pick the developer who fits; we handle the contract and set them up with your tools.
- Project execution: the developer works as part of your team, with our leadership available whenever they get stuck.

Contracts, billing and people
[1]What if the developer leaves mid-project?
Our leadership includes specialists who can step in, and our wider network of freelancers is a call away. We find a suitable replacement promptly, backed by a 20-day notice period, so the handover happens before anyone leaves.
[2]What's the billing cycle?
Staff augmentation is invoiced at the start of each month; time and material monthly; fixed scope against milestones.
[3]What's the minimum contract?
Six months for staff augmentation. Fixed-scope projects run as long as the agreed scope takes.
[4]What if a developer gets stuck on a problem?
They escalate to our leadership team, who have hands-on experience across development, cloud, automation and compliance.
[5]Do you sign NDAs and IP assignment agreements?
Yes. Code and work product are assigned to you, and NDAs are signed before you share details.
[6]What happens after the project?
Small fixes are covered during the agreed support period; new features are quoted as change requests or handled under time and material.
