Your Zoho partner for sales, finance and everything between
Zoho CRM and Zoho Books set up as one system, not two projects.
Zoho can run your whole business: leads, deals, invoices, GST, payments, support and reports. Most companies use a fraction of it, because each app was set up on its own. As an authorised Zoho partner, Orgits implements the apps you need and connects them, so a deal won in the CRM becomes an invoice in Books and a Razorpay payment closes the loop without anyone retyping a number.

Why a single partner across Zoho matters
Zoho's apps share a platform, but they don't configure themselves to work together. Customer records, tax settings, product codes and user roles have to match across apps, or the integration produces duplicates and mismatched invoices. When one partner sets up both the CRM and Books, those decisions are made once:
- One customer record. Accounts and contacts sync between CRM and Books instead of being created twice.
- One product list. Items, prices, HSN and SAC codes are defined once and used for quotes, sales orders and invoices.
- One set of permissions. Sales sees what it needs in Books; finance sees what it needs in the CRM.
- One reporting layer. Pipeline, revenue, collections and margins in the same dashboard.
Zoho Creator and custom development
Some processes don't fit any standard app: a loan application checklist, a site-inspection form, a partner onboarding workflow. We build these in Zoho Creator, with Deluge scripts for the logic, so they live inside your Zoho account, use the same users and permissions, and share data with the CRM and Books. When a requirement outgrows Creator, we say so and recommend custom software instead.
Moving to Zoho
Most clients arrive with data somewhere else. We run two dedicated migration services:
- Tally to Zoho Books: masters, opening balances and open transactions moved and reconciled to your last trial balance.
- Salesforce, HubSpot or spreadsheets to Zoho CRM: accounts, contacts, deals, activities and history moved with the context intact.
Rescuing an existing Zoho setup
Many of our Zoho projects start with a system someone else set up, or one built in-house over a weekend. Typical problems: duplicate records, automations nobody understands, reports that don't add up, and users who've drifted back to spreadsheets. We start with a short health check, give you a written list of what to keep, fix and remove, and then do the work in priority order. Read: 8 signs your CRM implementation is failing
How a Zoho engagement runs
- Assessment: how you sell, bill and report today; which Zoho apps and edition you need.
- Solution design: a written design covering modules, fields, automation, integrations and permissions, agreed before configuration.
- Configuration and migration: built in a sandbox or test organisation where possible, then data migrated and reconciled.
- Training: role-based sessions, short written guides and a named internal admin.
- Go-live and hypercare: supported switch-over, then a review of usage and data quality.
- Optimisation: ongoing admin support and improvements as your processes change.
Frequently asked questions
[1]Do we have to buy Zoho licences through you?
No. We can work with a subscription you already own, or help you choose the right plan and edition and buy it through us as your Zoho partner.
[2]Is Zoho One better value than individual apps?
It depends on how many apps and users you'll actually use. Zoho One makes sense when several departments will use several apps. If you only need CRM and Books, individual subscriptions may cost less. We'll model both for you.
[3]Can Zoho connect to our existing tools?
Usually, yes. Zoho has built-in integrations for many common tools and an API for the rest. We build custom integrations with Deluge, Zoho Flow or code where needed. See system integration.
[4]Who owns the Zoho account and configuration?
You do. The Zoho organisation is registered to your business and admin rights stay with your team. We document every custom field, rule and integration we build.
[5]How long does a Zoho implementation take?
It depends on the number of apps, teams, integrations and the state of your data. After the assessment we give you a written plan with milestones.
