System integration: make your tools talk to each other

Data entered once, in the right system, and everywhere else automatically.

When your CRM, accounting software, payment gateway, website and apps don't share data, people fill the gap by retyping, and retyping causes errors, delays and arguments about whose numbers are right. We design and build integrations that move data automatically and reliably, with monitoring and logs, so you know when something goes wrong before your customers do.

How we build integrations

  1. Map the data: which system owns each piece of data, and which way it should flow.
  2. Choose the method: a native connector, Zoho Flow or Zapier, or a custom API integration, based on volume, logic and reliability needs.
  3. Design for failure: retries, duplicate protection, error alerts and a log of every transfer.
  4. Secure it: credentials stored securely, least-privilege API access, encryption in transit.
  5. Test with real data in a sandbox before going live.
  6. Document and hand over: what moves where, how to monitor it, and how to fix common errors.

Frequently asked questions

[1]Native connector or custom integration?

Native connectors are quicker and cheaper when they do what you need. Custom integrations make sense when you need specific logic, high volumes or systems with no connector. We'll tell you which and why.

[2]What if one system changes its API?

Monitoring and logging show failures immediately. Under a support arrangement, we update the integration; otherwise our documentation lets your team or another developer do it.

[3]Can you integrate with Tally?

Many businesses ask this. In most cases, moving the accounts to Zoho Books is simpler and more reliable than integrating with Tally. Where Tally must stay, we'll assess what's possible for your version and setup.
