What we collect

• Information you give us: your name, designation, company, phone number, work email, budget range, timeline and project description when you use our enquiry form; your email address if you subscribe to our updates; your details and CV if you apply for a role or join our freelancer network.
• Information collected automatically: basic technical data your browser sends, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, held in server logs.

Why we use it

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit a form, and for legitimate uses permitted by law. We do not sell your personal data.

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
• To send updates you've subscribed to. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe.
• To consider job and freelancer applications.
• To keep the website secure and understand how it's used.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run our business, such as our CRM, email, website hosting and analytics providers. They process data on our behalf and only for these purposes. We may disclose data where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the length of the engagement and any period the law requires. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

How we protect it

We apply reasonable security safeguards, including access restricted to people who need it, multi-factor authentication on administrative accounts, encrypted connections and regular review of who has access.

Your rights

You can ask to access a summary of the personal data we hold about you, to correct or update it, or to have it erased; withdraw your consent at any time (this doesn't affect processing already done); raise a grievance with us; and nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity. Children

This website is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

Cookies

This website uses Google Tag Manager and Ahrefs Web Analytics to understand how the site is used. We don't set advertising or marketing cookies. If that changes, we will list each cookie here and ask for your consent first.

To tell us which campaign an enquiry came from, we keep the campaign tags of the link you arrived by (for example utm_source) and the last page you visited in your browser's session storage. They are deleted when you close the tab, and are sent to us only if you submit a form.
